Digital Video

The concept of video is nothing new to technology. However, the digitalizing of it is relatively new and exciting. I think the use of digital video in the classroom is the way to go. Not only are kids familiar with it, it is more practical.

I see digital video being used as a tutorial in the classroom (especially with the implementation of the SmartBoards). I also see the possibility of allowing the students to create their own digital video relating to a project or activity. The possibilities are great.

CONGRATS Daddy Matty-Poo!!! Wonderful news about your family!!!

now, back to the digital video topic... you could do so many amazing sci activities w/your students if you haven't already used digital video w/them. imagine them creating their own version of "Bill Nye Science Guy." WAY cool!

Using video in your science classes would be way cool. Think - on your steam survey field trip - you could have had a student video the experience and incorporate it into their final project.

BTW - Congrats on the babe. Great name! :)
